Monetization Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize monetization strategies for OTT and digital content platforms.
• Identify revenue opportunities across micro-dramas, web series, and vertical video content.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs to ensure maximum revenue impact.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and business teams to align monetization efforts with business goals.
• Optimize ad, subscription, and hybrid monetization models to improve ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new monetization avenues.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for revenue growth and content strategy improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in digital content monetization, OTT platforms, or media revenue optimization.
• Strong understanding of revenue streams, ad monetization, subscription models, and hybrid models.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in tracking performance metrics and ROI optimization.
• Ability to develop business strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with OTT platforms, adtech tools, or content monetization software is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
