Module Lead SAP FICO

Role Overview: As an SAP Finance Module Lead at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate excellent SAP knowledge, particularly in SAP Costing, Cash Management, Group Reporting, Financial Accounting (FI) module, and Controlling (CO) module. You will be leading SAP FICO projects, gathering client requirements, designing and developing solutions, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with SAP FICO technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for integration with other modules, creating user documentation, providing training, and supporting end-users and resolving issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating strong knowledge and experience in SAP Costing, Cash Management, Group Reporting, Financial Accounting (FI) module, and Controlling (CO) module - Leading SAP FICO projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and client satisfaction - Gathering client requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions - Designing and developing SAP FICO solutions to meet client needs - Troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP FICO issues related to Cash Management, Group Reporting, financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other modules - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery - Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO technologies and best practices - Responsible for SAP support, enhancement, and implementation of RPA test cases - Engaging with CFO, auditors, and lessoning with the team - Additional responsibilities for SAP Finance Module Lead, including training for users, vendor management, testing, master data verification, and implementing internal financial controls - Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and financial year closing processes - Ensuring data handling compliance with audit and company policies - Exploring and potentially implementing the Treasury Module in the future Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: CA/ICWA with SAP Certification on ECC/HANA SAP in FI, CO (CA preferred) - Functional Skills: Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in Costing Module, associated modules of Finance (Controlling, Treasury, Project Systems, Cash & Liquidity Management, Group Reporting, GRC) - Technical Skills: Integration aspects with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PM, QM, PP - Total Experience: 10 years with at least 7 years of relevant experience (Note: The Principal Job Accountabilities section is omitted as it does not contain specific actionable responsibilities),
