Module Lead SAP FICO

Your role at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd as an SAP FICO Consultant involves the following responsibilities: - Utilize your excellent SAP knowledge to lead SAP FICO Cash Management & Group Reporting projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and client satisfaction. - Work closely with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps in their current SAP system, and recommend solutions. - Design and develop SAP FICO solutions including Cash Management and Group Reporting to meet client needs. - Analyze and resolve complex SAP FICO issues related to Cash Management and Group Reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team. - Be responsible for Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, integrating with other modules and developing custom reports/interfaces. - Create user documentation, provide training, troubleshoot, and support end-users. - Engage with CFO, auditors, and implement RPA test cases. - Additional responsibilities include training users, troubleshooting SAP and integrated systems, vendor management, testing, data verification, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. - Monitor correct usage of SAP functionalities, review SAP GRC SOD Ruleset, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. - Support Qlik and MIS team in data mapping and rules/logic definition. - Ensure data handling compliance with audit and company policies, with potential future exploration of Treasury Module implementation. Your principal job accountabilities include: - Working closely with project stakeholders to plan, analyze, design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions. - Reviewing and validating project documentation, ensuring quality, and supporting business teams. - Providing system integration with third-party systems/SAP modules and managing audit processes. - Ensuring 100% capturing of business requirements, quality review, UAT coverage, and cost-saving KPI validation. For this role, you should possess: - Minimum Qualification: CA/ICWA, SAP Certification on ECC/HANA SAP in FI, CO (CO preferred). - Preferred Qualification: CA. - Functional Skills: Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in Costing Module, associated Finance modules, and integration with other SAP modules. - Technical Skills: Integration experience with SAP modules like MM, SD, PM, QM, PP. You are required to have 10 years of total experience with at least 7 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO.,
