This role is for module lead & SMT of PTI components for UV&Q5 project. Education Bachelor of Engineering Work Experience Design & development of Mounting system (Engine/Transmission) and Suspension Bushes of PVBU projects at TML Conduct 6-DOF analysis & propose mounting system to meet Cost,Weight & PAT targets Knowledge about bush shape, rates,durability and application Benchmark and select type of mount/bush suitable to meet PAT performance Preparation of RFI/RFQ & SOR Proficiency in Pro-e -Well aware of PLM system, BOM structure,DMU environment Knowledge on dynamic envelop for powertrain system Knowledge on NVH related to mounting system (Key on/off,idle,Tip in/back out, Rattle,Boom etc) Knowledge of NVH related to bushes (Impact harshness,ride compliance) Design for manufacturability & servicability Monitering the development progress with various validation agencies Coordination with supplier during design & development process Knowledge on rubber/elastomer and its behaviour is an added advantage Technology adoptation initiatives including hydromount,hydrobush active mount technology Tata Motors Leadership Competencies Developing Self and Others - Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excel Leading Change - Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to change Driving Execution - Translating strategy into action and execution Leading by Example - Encouraging and following ethical standards Motivating Self and Others - Inspiring teams and individuals Customer Centricity - Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectations Functional Competencies Tags Apply now » Apply now Apply for Job Enter your email to apply Show more Show less
