Modular Factory Operation Manager

Job Summary

Studio8 Design is looking for a proactive and organized Modular Factory Operation Manager to oversee daily factory operations, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure smooth production, inventory, and logistics management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, hands-on factory experience, and the ability to manage people, materials, and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Factory & Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day modular factory operations and production activities.
• Ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate between design, production, and site teams.

Client Communication & Payment Management

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding payment schedules and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely collection and proper documentation of payments.

Vendor & Logistics Management

• Manage vendors, suppliers, and procurement processes.
• Plan and coordinate logistics, dispatches, and material movement.

Labour & Workforce Management

• Supervise factory labour, allocate work, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure discipline, safety standards, and proper utilization of manpower.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or excess.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in factory operations or modular furniture/manufacturing setup
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
• Must be willing to work on-site at the factory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
