MODERN TRADE SALES SPECIALIST

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 2 years in MODERN TRADE Business, you will be responsible for assisting the ACCOUNT HEAD in building Business plans for the portfolio of customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - PO and Stock planning - PO validation and setting up appointments with accounts - Delivering AOP Revenue, Volume, Share, and Profitability targets for the designated customers - Collaborating on Joint Business Planning with the HO team & LFS/Regional Channel teams - Developing, negotiating, selling, and executing optimal Terms of Trade with the help of KAM while ensuring compliance - Managing Range, Assortment, Space, Visibility & Infra placement at the stores for the designated customers - Conducting periodic Business Reviews with the LFS/RC Customer HQ Team, utilizing Scan/ Shipment data for insights into opportunities and improvement areas - Developing appropriate BTL and Promotion Calendars with the channel teams, focusing on cost-effective Promotions, New Product Introductions, etc. - Working closely with the Sales Logistics team to consistently deliver a 90% fill rate - Supporting the field team to ensure Best in Class execution - Managing the listing of new products Please note that the company's additional details were not provided in the job description.,
