As part of your responsibilities, you will be assisting the ACCOUNT HEAD in developing business plans for the customer portfolio. This includes tasks such as PO and Stock planning, PO validation, and scheduling appointments with accounts. Your main objective will be to achieve AOP Revenue, Volume, Share, and Profitability targets for the assigned customers. Collaboration is key in this role as you will be involved in Joint Business Planning with the HO team and LFS/Regional Channel teams. You will also be responsible for developing, negotiating, selling, and executing optimal Terms of Trade with the support of KAM, while ensuring compliance. Managing Range, Assortment, Space, Visibility, and Infra placement at stores for designated customers is also part of your duties. Regular Business Reviews with the LFS/RC Customer HQ Team will be conducted to identify opportunities and improvement areas using Scan/Shipment data. You will be required to develop BTL and Promotion Calendars in coordination with the channel teams, taking into account cost-effective promotions and new product introductions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Logistics team to maintain a consistent 90% fill rate.
