🔸 Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to communities, NGOs, government schools, and local bodies for student mobilization
Create awareness about our training programs under
AMP Nirman Seva
Identify and counsel youth for suitable skill development courses
Maintain candidate data and support enrollment processes
Build partnerships with local stakeholders
Support outreach events and awareness drives

🔸 Required Skills & Qualifications

12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Strong communication & community connect
Ability to travel for field work
Passion for social impact and youth development
Prior experience in mobilization will be an added advantage
