Project Role : Mobilization Representative Project Role Description : Support solution architecture planning and service transition activities to begin a managed services engagement. Track issue identification and resolution to deliver managed service engagements. Must have skills : Program Project Management Good to have skills : Service Transition Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : MBA Summary :As a Mobilization Representative, you will be responsible for providing support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Your typical day will involve executing and tracking issue identification and resolution, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement. Roles & Responsibilities: Contribute specialized knowledge and experience to support solution realization and service transition activities. Execute and track issue identification and resolution, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service transition process. Participate in solution architecture planning activities to ensure successful transition of work to Accenture. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Program Project Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Service Transition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful service transition projects. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. Qualifications MBA
