Role Overview: You will be working as a Mobiliser in New Delhi on a full-time basis for Kherwadi Social Welfare Association (KSWA). Your main responsibility will be to engage with local communities, identify potential students, and encourage their participation in Yuva Parivartan's training programs. This role involves conducting field visits, interacting with community leaders, organizing informational sessions, and providing support to students throughout their training journey. Collaboration with trainers and local livelihood providers is essential to ensure successful program delivery and employment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to local communities to identify and recruit potential students for training programs - Engage with community leaders to encourage participation in Yuva Parivartan's initiatives - Conduct field visits to connect with individuals who can benefit from the training programs - Organize and facilitate informational sessions and meetings to provide details about the training opportunities - Provide ongoing support and guidance to students during their training period - Collaborate with trainers and local livelihood providers to ensure effective program delivery and positive employment outcomes Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with community members and leaders - Experience in community outreach, mobilization, and fieldwork - Ability to organize and conduct informational sessions and meetings - Good organizational and coordination skills to collaborate with trainers and livelihood providers - Passion for social work and a commitment to empowering marginalized communities - Knowledge of local languages and dialects would be advantageous - Proficiency in basic computer skills and digital literacy - Previous experience in the NGO sector or community development would be beneficial (Note: Salary offered is 15k + incentives for freshers.),
