Key Responsibilities.

• Collaborate closely with business teams and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Administer and manage

  Samsung Knox Manage

  ,

  Knox E-FOTA

  , and

  Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME)

  portals.
• Configure, deploy, and manage Android (Samsung) devices using MDM / EMM platforms such as

  Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, and Samsung Knox Manage

  .
• Oversee the complete device lifecycle, including

  device provisioning, policy enforcement, application deployment, updates, and decommissioning

  .
• Design, implement, and maintain

  MDM policies, security baselines, compliance rules, and configuration profiles

  .
• Integrate Samsung Knox and MDM solutions with enterprise systems such as

  Azure Active Directory (AAD), Google Enterprise, and corporate VPN solutions

  .
• Monitor device health and compliance, and proactively troubleshoot

  enrollment issues, configuration failures, and device-related incidents

  .
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including

  runbooks, SOPs, operational guides, and configuration documentation

  .
• Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational IT policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications.

• Hands-on experience with

  Samsung Knox ecosystem

  (Knox Manage, KME, Knox E-FOTA).
• Strong experience managing

  Android devices

  using MDM / EMM solutions.
• Experience with at least one enterprise MDM platform such as

  Intune, Workspace ONE, or MobileIron

  .
• Knowledge of

  device security, compliance policies, and mobile application management (MAM)

  .
• Experience integrating MDM solutions with

  Azure AD, Google Enterprise, VPNs, and identity systems

  .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and SOPs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
