Required Skills & Experience - Mobile developer with 7+ years of experience - Android/iOS - .NET on the backend - Angular on the front - React - Mobile framework - .NET Maui (preferred) previously Xamarin, or similar Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Xamarin.Forms – Legacy experience migrating to MAUI - React Native or Flutter – Cross-platform frameworks often encountered in hybrid environments - Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) – For understanding low-level platform behavior and writing custom modules - Cordova / Capacitor – If the developer has worked with wrapper-based hybrid apps - Push Notification Services, In-App Purchases, Firebase, App Store/Play Store release cycles Job Description - As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of application development. Responsibilities include crafting, coding, debugging, and optimizing and maintaining both frontend and backend components, and providing solutions to data integration problems. - You will have extensive experience in building .NET applications and have solid skills in C#, SQL Server and related technologies plus strong systems knowledge. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum is required with a strong focus on automation. - As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that meet the needs of our clients. - Apply Software Engineering competencies to design and develop software products. - Lead the design and development of robust and scalable software applications using Angular 15.0+, .NET Core and SQL technologies in AWS or other cloud environment. - Strong knowledge of development languages/platforms including C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, XML, HTML 5.0, TSQL, ADO.NET. - Create and execute a complete set of unit test cases and follow test driven methodology. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement - Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement continuous integration and deployment processes. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our software development practices. - Mobile App Development-Specific Responsibilities: o Develop and maintain mobile applications using frameworks like Xamarin (Maui) o Optimize apps for iOS and Android platforms. o Conduct device testing to ensure compatibility. o Prepare and submit apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including managing updates and compliance.
