Job Title: ML Engineer / Data Scientist – Generative AI

Engagement: Freelance (Remote)
Experience Required: 3–5 years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ML Engineer / Data Scientist (Generative AI focus) to join our projects on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models, with a strong focus on Generative AI solutions such as LLMs, transformers, and diffusion models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GPT, diffusion models, etc.).
• Develop, test, and deploy ML pipelines and APIs for real-world applications.
• Work with large datasets for preprocessing, training, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Conduct research on cutting-edge GenAI frameworks and propose practical implementations.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, embeddings, and deep learning architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
