Job Summary

Expert level proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), demonstrating deep practical experience with: Machine Learning (Core): Vertex AI (Training, Workbench, Vizier, Pipelines, Feature Store, Prediction Endpoints, Model Monitoring), Cloud AI Platform. ML Specific Data Prep: BigQuery (for ML datasets/feature tables, advanced SQL for data preparation), Dataflow (Apache Beam for large scale data pre processing and feature engineering), Cloud Storage (for ML datasets and model artifacts), Pub/Sub (for real time ML triggers/inference). ML Workflow Orchestration: Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow). Compute Intensive Workloads: Strong experience leveraging GPUs/TPUs for accelerated ML training. Compute & Containers: Cloud Run, Kubernetes Engine (GKE) concepts (for custom model serving), Docker. Networking & Security: IAM, VPC (for ML resource isolation). DevOps & IaC: Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Terraform, Git. Observability: Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Cloud Trace (for ML pipeline and model debugging). Mastery of Python (including advanced topics, object oriented design, performance optimization) and deep expertise in core ML frameworks: TensorFlow and/or PyTorch. Demonstrable experience with large scale model training techniques, including distributed training, transfer learning, fine tuning pre trained models, and efficient data loading strategies.
