Position Overview

Lead advanced analytics initiatives including time-series forecasting, predictive modelling, and optimization for supply chain and operations. Apply deep reinforcement learning for dynamic decision-making and collaborate with AI engineers on hybrid solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Predictive Modelling: Build time-series models (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM) and regression/classification models.
• Optimization & DRL: Apply reinforcement learning for inventory, routing, and resource allocation problems.
• Feature Engineering & EDA: Analyse large datasets, derive insights, and prepare features for ML pipelines.
• Model Evaluation & Interpretability: Use SHAP/LIME for transparency; document assumptions and limitations.
• Collaboration: Work with AI engineers to integrate predictive models into enterprise workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Expertise in time-series forecasting and classical ML.
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and optimization.
• Familiarity with DRL frameworks (Ray RLlib, Stable Baselines, or similar).
• SQL and big data processing (Spark/PySpark).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
