About Us:
Vibescapes is one of Maharashtra’s fastest-growing boutique resort brands. We are looking for an experienced and creative Mixologist to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional beverage experiences at our nature-first resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
• Create signature drinks and seasonal menu concepts
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards
• Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and daily requisitions
• Handle bar setup, mise-en-place, and closing duties
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAI safety standards
• Engage with guests and provide recommendations to enhance their experience
• Coordinate with F&B Team for promotions, events, and beverage specials
• Train team members on beverage knowledge and bar SOPs

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in hotels, resorts, or premium restaurants
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and mixology techniques
• Creativity in beverage design and garnishing
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and beverage craft

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
