Job Summary:
We are hiring skilled Commis I & II (Indian & South Indian Cuisine) to join our kitchen team and create authentic, flavorful dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare curries, gravies, tandoor items, and South Indian specialties.
  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Assist senior chefs during service hours.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management.
  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Indian or South Indian cuisine.
  • Good understanding of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Lonavala, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
