We currently operate multiple boutique resorts and villas in scenic destinations such as Karjat, Mulshi, and Lonavala . Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and hands-on F&B / Restaurant Manager to lead food and beverage operations at our boutique resorts. This role involves managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage all F&B operations including restaurant, kitchen coordination, bar, and event catering. Ensure top standards of food quality, service, and hygiene. Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent guest experiences. Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, cost control, and local ingredient sourcing. Maintain inventory, vendor relationships, and cost-effective purchasing. Handle guest feedback and implement service improvements. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with the Property Manager and corporate team on performance, budgets, and SOPs. Drive F&B revenue through innovative offerings, events, and promotions. Requirements 4–6 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management (resort, hotel, or premium dining experience preferred). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, guest engagement, and problem-solving abilities. Sound knowledge of food safety, cost control, and inventory management. Willing to relocate full-time to Karjat, Mulshi, or Lonavala .
