Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mixologist located in Nehru Place. The Mixologist will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks, while ensuring high standards of customer service. Daily tasks involve interacting with customers to understand their preferences, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and managing inventory supplies. The role also includes training junior staff on beverage preparation and maintaining a consistent quality of service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong skills in Food & Beverage preparation
• Experience in Training staff on beverage preparation and service standards
• Culinary Skills relevant to creating innovative and visually appealing drinks
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience as a Mixologist or similar role preferred
• Certification in Bartending or Mixology is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
