Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare MIS reports using advanced excel skills, including pivot tables, sumifs, countifs, vlookups, hlookup, macros.
Develop and maintain complex formulas to extract insights from large datasets.
Create dashboards to visualize business performance metrics for management review.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports that meet business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in MIS or related field (insurance industry preferred).
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) with expertise in advanced functions like pivot tables, macros etc. .
Excellent analytical skills with ability to work independently on projects.
Ability to communicate effectively through written communication tools such as emails/reports/presentations.
