MIS Manager (Zoho CRM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented MIS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of databases, especially Zoho CRM. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Assist in data cleanup and maintenance activities.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
• Follow data security and confidentiality protocols.
• Respond to inquiries and information requests promptly.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Bard for data and communication tasks.
• Send mass emails to clients or stakeholders.
• Manage vendors for outsourced card scanning activities.

Requirements:

• Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in IT or a similar role, preferably with Zoho CRM.
• Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Bard) and systems like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
