MIS Manager (Zoho CRM)

As an MIS at our company, your role will involve accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various databases, particularly Zoho CRM. Your keen eye for detail and organizational skills will be crucial for success in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and digital platforms with precision and efficiency. - Verify data accuracy and completeness before entering it. - Ensure timely and accurate data entry. - Assist in data cleanup and maintenance tasks. - Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and address discrepancies. - Collaborate with team members to uphold data consistency and accuracy. - Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols. - Respond promptly to inquiries and information requests. - Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and productivity targets. - Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Bard for data and communication tasks. - Send mass emails to clients or stakeholders. - Manage vendors for outsourced card scanning activities. Qualifications Required: - Any graduate or equivalent qualification. - Prior experience in IT or a similar role, preferably involving Zoho CRM. - Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with high accuracy. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Bard) and systems like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
