Job Summary

MIS

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver

  Senior Management Reports

  , including daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain

  interactive Power BI dashboards

  to track KPIs and business performance.
• Use

  Advanced Excel

  (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas) for data analysis and reporting automation.
• Analyze large datasets to generate

  business insights, trends, and recommendations

  for leadership.
• Drive

  process improvement initiatives

  by identifying reporting inefficiencies and implementing automation and standardization.
• Ensure

  data accuracy, consistency, and governance

  across all MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to understand reporting needs.
• Support senior stakeholders with

  data-driven insights

  for strategic and operational decisions.
• Maintain documentation for MIS processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead and mentor MIS analysts to improve team capability and output quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in

  Senior Management / Executive Reporting.

• Expert-level knowledge of

  Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Hands-on experience with

  Power BI

  (data modelling, dashboard design).
• Solid understanding of

  Data Analytics and Business Insights.

• Experience in

  process improvement and reporting automation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into

  clear, actionable insights

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in

  Business,

  Computer

  science,Analytics, Finance, IT, or a related field.

• 2–5

  years

  of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
• Prior experience supporting

  senior leadership

  and Power BI Report

  is highly preferred.
