Job Title: MIS Intern
Location: Bhopal
Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Intern who will support the team in preparing, managing, and analyzing data reports. The role will involve working on Excel and MIS tools to ensure smooth reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly data from different departments.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations as per business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and highlight discrepancies if any.
• Support the operations and management team with timely reports.
• Assist in process improvement by automating reports and simplifying data flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth data handling.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of databases or MIS reporting tools will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

• Graduate/ Postgraduate (preferably in Commerce/Management/IT/Statistics/Mathematics).
• Freshers or final-year students can apply.
