Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain ZOHO applications across the organization.
• Customize ZOHO CRM modules, workflows, automation, and dashboards as per requirements.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and access permissions.
• Implement API integrations with third-party systems.
• Develop reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Provide support and training to end-users.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within ZOHO apps.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ZOHO administration.
• Strong knowledge of ZOHO CRM.
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party connectors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation skills management platforms.
