Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MIS Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MIS reports for various business operations and departments
Analyze data and provide insights to help drive business decisions
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular checks and audits
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Create and maintain documentation for MIS processes and procedures
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2-4 years of experience in MIS or related field
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with ERP software and database management systems
