Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

Report Generation:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and stakeholders.
Generate dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

System Management:

Oversee the functionality of MIS systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
Work with IT teams to implement system upgrades or enhancements.
Ensure data security protocols are adhered to.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose improvements.
Support automation of routine tasks through advanced Excel or macros.

Coordination:

Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements.
Provide training to staff on using MIS tools and systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced level preferred).
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
Experience working in [industry-specific experience if applicable].

Efficiency in managing and optimizing MIS tools.
