Job Description

Specializing in innovative data management and business intelligence solutions, our organization drives efficiency and informed decision-making across diverse business functions. We are seeking talent for an on-site role to enhance our Management Information Systems (MIS) operations, contributing directly to strategic initiatives and performance improvements.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the MIS function to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across the organization.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights for management.
Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for effective decision making.
Collaborate with departmental heads to understand their information needs and customize reports accordingly.
Streamline data collection processes and continuously improve reporting templates and tools.
Ensure data integrity and security while adhering to company policies and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; proficient in advanced Excel and MS Office Suite; proven experience in MIS reporting and data analysis; excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Preferred: Familiarity with SQL and ERP systems; prior experience in a technology or digital transformation environment; ability to work in a fast-paced on-site setting.
