Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Software Skills: SAP (Mandatory), Advanced MS Excel

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive to manage data analysis, reporting, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to operations, stock, dispatch, and sales
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through SAP and Excel tools
• Monitor data trends and support business decisions with data-driven insights
• Coordinate with other departments such as dispatch, accounts, and production to ensure smooth flow of information
• Prepare MIS presentations and support audits and internal reviews
• Track KPIs and generate performance dashboards for management

Required Skills

• SAP working knowledge is mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential data
