Job Description

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to logistics operations, delivery KPIs, rider performance, and client SLAs. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting dashboards. Develop automated templates in Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI to streamline reporting processes. Track operational and business metrics to monitor performance and flag deviations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to collect relevant data and provide customized reports. Highlight trends and insights from data to assist in strategic decision-making. Maintain centralized databases and backup for all reports and trackers.
