Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems, generating business reports, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights to support various departments such as sales, operations, academic delivery, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and databases
• Analyze large volumes of data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on KPIs and business performance
• Coordinate with departments to understand data/reporting needs and develop solutions accordingly
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting and decision-making
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Monitor data trends and highlight anomalies or areas of concern
• Assist in audits and data reconciliation as required

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Data Management role, preferably in EdTech or service industry
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Google Data Studio (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesRole & responsibilities
