About the Role

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisions, preparing regular reports, and ensuring accuracy in information systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets using advanced Excel and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements.
Use
Advanced Excel
functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.) to analyze and present data.
Write and execute
SQL queries
to extract and manipulate data from databases.
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and dashboards.
Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in business operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data requirements and support decision-making.
Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company policies.

Eligibility & Experience

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields).
Minimum 1 year of experience in an MIS or data analysis role.
Prior experience in BFSI, fintech, or service industry preferred.
