Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Report Generation:

  Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including financial performance metrics and dashboards.

• Data Management:

  Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and a high level of detail.

• Financial Analysis:

  Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing actionable recommendations to management.

• GL Operations Support:

  Assist with general ledger (GL) functions, including reconciliations, supporting the financial closing process, and preparing financial statements.

• System & Process Improvement:

  Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process automation, and standardization within the finance department.

• Collaboration:

  Work with various departments to gather necessary financial data and liaise with IT and other finance teams to ensure seamless information flow.

• Compliance:

  Ensure that all financial reports and processes comply with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (including Macros).
• Experience with financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Knowledge of database management.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are crucial for interpreting data and providing insights.

• Attention to Detail:

  A high level of accuracy is essential for maintaining financial data and reports.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to present financial data effectively to management and other stakeholders.
