Position: MIS Executive
Location: Kasba Industrial Estate, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, effective communication skills in English (email & reporting), and the ability to handle large datasets accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources for management review.
• Communicate effectively via email in English with internal teams and management.
• Track, monitor, and report operational performance and key business metrics.
• Provide accurate and timely MIS reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates in systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce/Business/IT or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as MIS Executive or in data/reporting roles.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in English, especially email communication.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Must be male candidate and willing to join immediately.
