Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Maintain relations with clients and customers. Keep a track of daily stock using excel sheets. Google Sheets and Google drive is a must. Prepare quotations of clients and keep a track of price lists. Coordination between various departments and well communicated with productions and accounts team. Salary disbursement Maintain day to day expenses of all units and report to accounts team. Invoice Generation Booking the account related entries Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping. General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments. Strong customer oriented skills to provide any information to the customer as and when needed. Credit collection from the customers. Desired Candidate Profile Only Female candidates may apply. Only commerce background candidates may apply. Need strong Microsoft office skills and good sheets expert. Basic Accounting knowledge would be a plus. Creative and talented person with a desire to learn. Candidates with strong academic background will only be preferred. Knowledge on Ms-Word, Excel.
