MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to handle large datasets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Create dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and other reporting formats using MS Excel or BI tools.
• Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and reporting templates.
• Automate reports and data processes to reduce manual work.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and key insights through data analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality at all times.
• Support the management team with ad-hoc data and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in automation using Excel Macros or VBA.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
