MIS Executive ( Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to business operations, sales, performance, and other metrics.
• Maintain and update management information systems ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing detailed reports and insights.
• Identify trends, issues, and discrepancies and highlight them to management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide solutions.
• Automate reports and dashboards where possible to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of databases and reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
