MIS Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive/Assistant to join our Offline Head Office team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing backend data processes, ensuring accurate inventory and SNS tracking, handling claims processing, and supporting Sales HR operations including attendance and salary management.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Perform backend data processing and ensure timely updates in MIS systems.

- Manage inventory and SNS tracking for operational efficiency.

- Handle claims processing with accuracy and compliance.

- Support Sales HR operations, including attendance tracking and salary processing.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management review.

- Perform data analysis and data crunching to provide actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills:

- Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).

- Ability to create and manage dashboards for reporting.

- Strong data analysis and data crunching capabilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in MIS, Data Analytics, or related field).

- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in MIS or data management roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
