MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management review.

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Manage MIS operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of data.

Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel, including:

Pivot Tables

VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

Excel formulas and automation

Prepare structured Excel-based reports and dashboards.

Maintain and update the Inventory Management System, tracking stock movement and balances.

Utilize Google Sheets to analyze complex datasets and build dynamic dashboards.

Implement basic automation tools to improve MIS efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Ensure data integrity, version control, and proper documentation of MIS processes.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS)

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Advanced Excel

Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Excel Report Preparation

Proficiency in Google Sheets and dashboard creation

Understanding of Inventory Management Systems

Knowledge of automation tools (macros, formulas, or sheet automation preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports simultaneously

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field

1–3 years of experience in MIS Reporting / Data Analysis / Operations Support (experience level can be adjusted)
