MIS EXECUTIVE

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and reporting skills, with proven experience in FMCG sectors. You will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing data reports to support business decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Analyze large sets of operational and financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Support management with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and presentations for reviews.
• Work on process improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP, or other reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of preparing MIS reports and business dashboards.
