Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Gather, compile, and analyze data from the ETS tool and other sources related to employee transport services.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports including trip sheets, vehicle logs, fuel consumption, etc.
Maintain accurate records of trips, schedules, and driver logs in the ETS system.

Client Billing

Prepare and validate client billing statements based on transportation services provided.
Ensure billing is in line with the terms and conditions of the client contracts.
Reconcile invoices, trip logs, and transport schedules before generating final bills for clients.
Assist in resolving any billing disputes or discrepancies with clients.

Employee Transport Solution (ETS) Tool

Utilize the ETS tool for tracking vehicle movements, monitoring trips, and optimizing routes.
Ensure that all transport data is accurately entered into the ETS system.
Generate automated reports using ETS and analyze performance metrics such as driver utilization, vehicle efficiency, and cost per trip.

Coordination with Transport Team

Work closely with the operations team, transport coordinators, and vendors to ensure the smooth running of employee transportation services.
Support the scheduling of transport based on rosters and service agreements.

Data Accuracy and Audits

Conduct regular audits of transportation data to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting.
Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding the financial and operational performance of transport services.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of contracts, billing records, and vendor agreements.
