MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Data Management

• Maintain and monitor data quality within the in-house CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales teams for CRM-related inputs.

2. Reporting & Dashboard Creation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Google Sheets & Metabase.
• Automate repetitive reports to improve efficiency.

3. Data Analysis

• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and performance metrics.
• Provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Track KPIs like lead conversion, productivity, closures, follow-ups, and funnel movement.

4. System Coordination & Support

• Work closely with the tech/product team to improve CRM features and workflows.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest system enhancements.
• Handle CRM-related queries and provide basic training to internal teams.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare SOPs, documentation, and process notes for reports and CRM modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formulas).
• Experience with CRM systems (in-house CRM knowledge is a bonus).
• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools like Metabase (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
