Job Description


For MIS Executive:

  1. Data Management & Reporting:

    • Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various sources to generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and financial performance.
    • Prepare and deliver business intelligence reports to various departments, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Support the development and maintenance of the MIS (Management Information System) database.
    • Ensure data integrity and provide accurate, up-to-date reports to senior management.
  2. System Maintenance:

    • Monitor the performance and security of MIS software.
    • Assist with the implementation of new software or system upgrades as needed.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues promptly.
  3. Data Analysis & Decision Support:

    • Conduct periodic analysis of sales and operational data to help the management team make informed decisions.
    • Create dashboards and visual representations of data for quick decision-making.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other departments such as finance, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth data flow and accurate reporting.
  5. Sales Support:

    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations, including order processing, sales tracking, and customer service.
    • Maintain and update the sales database with accurate customer information and sales transactions.
    • Help the sales team with lead management, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing customer queries.
    • Coordinate with other departments (logistics, finance) to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
  6. Communication & Liaison:

    • Act as a liaison between sales and other internal teams to ensure efficient communication and delivery of services.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotes.
    • Ensure all sales records are accurately entered into the CRM system.
  8. Admin Support:

    • Assist with scheduling and organizing sales meetings, conferences, and client visits.
    • Manage inventory levels for sales-related materials and merchandise.
    • Support the sales team in planning and executing sales campaigns or promotions.
