We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. This role will work closely with our Management and Production teams to generate, analyze, and manage key reports that drive decision-making across the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports to support Management and Production teams.
• Collaborate with the Production department to track project progress, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible using Google Sheets and other tools.
• Consolidate, analyze, and present data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Support in building dashboards, trackers, and analytical models for business and production requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and provide insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting roles (preferably in Media/Production/Entertainment industries).
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and data visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, dashboards, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports, meet deadlines, and work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of production pipelines in Animation, VFX, or Games will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
