Fastinfo is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Time Analyst to join our workforce management team! If you have strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing operations in real-time, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience as an RTA / WFM in a BPO or similar environment
2. Strong knowledge of real-time monitoring, queue management & workforce scheduling
3. Proficiency in Excel, WFM tools, or dashboards
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities
6. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to changing conditions
