Experience:- 2 years - 3 years. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Gati for New Development MIS. Experience in the Jewellery Industry is Much Required. Software much required Gati. Data Management and Reporting worked with Gati Software for operations management and generated detailed reports in Excel, including data gathering, filtering, tagging, stamping, validation, and monitoring. Technical Supports and Operations engaged in call handling, troubleshooting, access control and system monitoring to ensure smooth operations and Data Accuracy. Coordinate with the Gati Team and solve software related problems. All types of Entries like Gold, Diamond and Jewellery etc. Create and update client master, Main Master and Rate Chart. Create Quotation, order and pricing. Follow up with the respective department regarding status of order.
