MIS Coordinator

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Monitoring & Control
• Monitor day-to-day Google sheet activities and ensure adherence to defined process parameters.
• Identify to incomplete task and try to complete with follow up with team members promptly.
• Maintain process logs, reports, and performance records.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies, and quality standards.
• Assist in quality checks and ensure output meets desired specifications.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Record google sheet data, analyze trends, and prepare process performance reports.
• Highlight areas of improvement and recommend solutions for process optimization.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with various departments (Production, Admin, Supply Chain(Inventory Dept.),Warehouse, Account, Branch In charge etc.) to ensure smooth workflow in google sheet and complete taks on time.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure the workplace remains hazard-free.
• Promote safety awareness among team members related to data

Job Specification (JS) – Process ControllerEducational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline with process management knowledge.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in process control, operations, monitoring.
• Experience in ERP/software-based process monitoring preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting ability
• Knowledge of process improvement tools.
• Familiarity with MS Excel / ERP systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team coordination and leadership ability

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
