Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports (MIS) for management review, including budget vs actual variance analysis.
Develop and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial models using advanced Excel skills.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Provide expert advice on budgeting best practices to stakeholders across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in finance or accounting role with a strong background in MIS preparation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, etc. .
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior management.
