Perform metallurgical and mineral processing test work. Develop and optimize beneficiation processes for critical and rare earth minerals. Carry out laboratory scale and pilot scale testing. Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies and R&D documentation. Support environmental analysis, waste valorization and water/emissions process solutions. Coordinate with project teams for technology development and implementation.
