About The Opportunity

• Create precise technical drawings and cabinet designs using industry-standard CAD software, ensuring accurate representation of concepts.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Oversee the complete design process from concept development to production, ensuring designs meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to facilitate seamless production, ensuring that the final products align with design specifications.
• Manage material selection and quality control processes to maintain consistency and durability across projects.
• Continuously update and refine design documentation, incorporating feedback and aligning with emerging industry trends.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Proven experience in millwork or cabinet design with proficiency in CAD and technical drawing software.
• Must-Have: Deep understanding of materials, joinery techniques, and manufacturing processes specific to cabinetry.
• Must-Have: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Must-Have: Experience in an on-site work environment within the Indian market, ensuring compliance with local industry regulations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with advanced design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms.
